OM Recoleta C

We approached the interior architecture comprehensively for this residence in the capital, conceived as an occasional place to stay for a family from Corrientes during business or leisure trips. We opened the views toward the greenery of the square and the emblematic architecture of Avenida Callao, integrating the character of the traditional surroundings. We studied the client's patterns of use and structured the spatial program, optimizing resources through artificial intelligence tools. We focused the proposal on fluid spaces with a hotel-like character, unified by a light colour palette and continuous materiality. We developed envelopes that articulate subtle transitions between marble, textiles and boiseries with rigorous precision. We conceived all the custom furnishings to respond to a range of storage needs, articulating auxiliary support modules, wet areas, coffee stations, dressing rooms, desks and a bar. We completed the proposal with a carefully selected collection of high-end pieces geared toward functional versatility. We shaped the scenes through a technical lighting scheme emphasized by internationally recognized designer fixtures.
